The Mac and Notifications teams play a critical role in shaping how users stay connected, stay informed, and get work done on their preferred devices. We are raising the bar for performance, reliability, and platform‑native quality—ensuring Teams feels at home on macOS and that notifications are timely, actionable, and trustworthy across desktop, mobile, and web ecosystems.
This role offers the opportunity to drive deep engineering alignment across Teams, macOS platform partners, design, and shared infrastructure teams, while also owning the cross‑company narrative for how we deliver best‑in‑class experiences. You will build strong technical partnerships, guide end‑to‑end feature development, and lead efforts across multiple teams to deliver improvements that customers feel every single day. We are searching for a passionate and experienced Technical Program Manager to drive platform excellence on Mac and elevate the notifications system across the entire Teams product.

**Responsibilities**
+ You will work closely with software engineers, engineering managers, product managers, and TPMs across different teams to drive programs from ideation to launch leveraging established processes, tools, and communications mechanisms.
+ You are responsible to build the roadmap in alignment with business priorities and drive alignment across teams and partner organizations.
+ You are responsible for building and driving the schedule working with teams involved in the program, making appropriate tradeoffs to optimize for quality and time to market.
+ You will own all communications of the program to internal, external, and leadership teams. These include (and are not limited to) the status of the program on a regular basis, risks and the mitigations, and the organizations impacted.
+ You work closely with product managers to make sure that features maximize value to customers.
+ You work closely with the engineering teams to ensure that the right technical tradeoffs are being made, the right designs and other processes are being followed, right priorities are being assigned, and delivering products is being made.
+ You understand the essence of tactful dependency management and outgoing dependencies. You relentlessly work with partner teams across the ecosystem to bring the program to completion.
+ You will actively identify and remove blockers to the program by working with the appropriate teams.
+ You contribute to continuous improvements in engineering processes.
+ You will work closely with internal and external partners including relationships and trust with partners, helping them leverage the components your team built to deliver their goals.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree AND senior experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ Exceptional cross-group and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate needs and requirements from a tenant perspective.
+ Solid skillset in project management, leadership, dependency management, and cross-group collaboration, with a proven track record of managing complex projects involving multiple partners.
+ Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels, both technical and non-technical.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree AND senior-level experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Senior-level experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ Experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
+ Experience in building AI Products that focus on productivity improvements for different user persona.
+ Innate curiosity and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-changing startup environment.
+ Self-starters and innovators with a positive, collaborative attitude and a bias for action are encouraged to apply.
