Technical Program Manager

Sales Technology division under SPE (Sales and Partner Enablement) group is looking for a talented Technology Program Manager to help us build custom software solutions across our platform. Key job responsibilities We're looking for an experienced TPM with a proven track record in delivering complex distributed software systems. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of the entire software development and deployment lifecycle, including: system design and architecture, development, comprehensive documentation, rigorous testing methodologies and efficient operations. You must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be self-driven and deliver high quality results in a fast paced environment. In this role, you'll contribute to our mission of reinventing Sales Technology systems to provide best in class solutions for our internal and end customers. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of Amazon's global sales, ensuring we continue to meet and exceed customer expectations. Basic Qualifications - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Preferred Qualifications - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
