As a Technical Program Manager, you will support the AppSec Product Management team by enhancing idea intake processes, managing user communications, and overseeing beta programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to program coordination, aligning seamlessly with the company's innovative culture.

**What's the Job?**
+ Improve idea intake processes by managing backlog cleanup, deduplication, and content redaction.
+ Coordinate and execute beta programs, including participant recruitment, logistics, and feedback collection.
+ Maintain and update roadmap highlights and beta documentation to ensure clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
+ Communicate effectively with users and internal teams to provide updates and gather insights.
+ Support the Product Management team by reducing operational workload, allowing focus on strategic priorities.
**What's Needed?**
+ 3-5 years of experience managing backlogs or intake queues in tools like Aha!, Jira, or Trello.
+ Strong written communication skills for user updates, stakeholder engagement, and feedback loops.
+ Proven experience supporting beta programs or pilot initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
+ Proficiency with Aha! or similar product management platforms, along with collaboration tools like Confluence and Google Suite.
+ Ability to work independently, adapt to evolving processes, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
