Skills and Requirements Proven experience leading Agile programs across engineering teams (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid Agile frameworks Familiarity with Agile frameworks and common PM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, PowerPoint) PMO Implementation Experience (executing a predefined PMO strategy) Comfortable interfacing with executive-level stakeholders and influencing outcomes Excellent communicator with a consultative mindset Exposure to change management and organizational rollout strategies null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
