Kforce has a client in Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Technical Project Manager to join their MarTech team. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with technical execution, ensuring that marketing systems and workflows are optimized to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria * Define and document workflows, processes, and system functionality to support marketing operations * Create and maintain high-quality documentation including technical writing, process/system mapping, and training materials * Collaborate with Technical Product Managers to develop and implement training plans * Ensure MarTech systems are aligned with marketing strategies and drive operational improvements * Incorporate feedback from Technical Product Managers, Business Segment Directors, and Development Teams to continuously enhance project outcomes
