Job Description We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to support a centralized Quality Assurance organization serving enterprise-scale game studios. This role will drive the unification of the organization by establishing and operationalizing a centralized Azure DevOps (ADO) environment. As part of the Program Management Office (PMO), you will partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute the strategy for migration, change management, implementation, and ongoing governance of the ADO platform. This role requires strong situational awareness and the ability to ask the right questions to understand current state processes, identify gaps, and build scalable solutions that align with long-term organizational outcomes. The successful candidate is a strategic problem solver who understands how to motivate teams, enable accountability, and ensure progress across complex, multi-team initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and drive the program plan for Azure DevOps consolidation across multiple teams and workstreams Coordinate with QA and engineering stakeholders to capture requirements and understand current tools/processes Define migration paths, operational processes, and change management approaches Establish governance and backlog management best practices in the new ADO environment Facilitate communication across teams and leadership through clear documentation and regular status updates Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and remove roadblocks to maintain delivery momentum We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
