We are currently seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US). **Job Description:** **Position Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Technical Program Manager to lead enhancements and new journey development initiatives using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). This role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Developers, QA Analysts, and Business Stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of digital marketing journeys. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end program management for AEP/AJO journey development and enhancements. - Coordinate with Data Engineering teams to ensure timely ingestion and transformation of data required for journey activation. - Collaborate with Development teams to align on technical requirements, sprint planning, and delivery timelines. - Work closely with QA teams to validate functional and non-functional aspects of journey implementations. - Engage with Business Stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and manage expectations. - Maintain program documentation including roadmaps, timelines, risk registers, and status reports. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards across all journey implementations. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, preferably in MarTech or digital transformation projects. - Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). - Proven experience managing cross-functional teams including data engineers, developers, QA analysts, and business stakeholders. - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Adobe certifications (e.g., AEP Architect, AJO Specialist) are a plus. - Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics. - Background in data engineering or software development is advantageous. - Experience with enterprise-level digital marketing platforms and integrations.
