**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 1 year of experience in program management.
+ Experience working in a technical environment.

+ Experience with the software development life cycle.
+ Ability to identify technical issues and understand how to route them to appropriate teams.
+ Ability to converse on technical topics and products.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate concepts and risks in a driven environment.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in coordinating release schedules, tracking bugs, and ensuring proper documentation, supporting the overall release process.
+ Contribute to improving existing processes to increase efficiency and ensure repeatability.
+ Communicate with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical including engineering, product, and testing teams.
+ Identify and resolve issues, including those requiring tasks outside established processes.
+ Demonstrate project management skills, including planning, status reporting, and timeline estimation.
