As a Technical Program Manager in the AWS SOC Software engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering complex, high security impact products that span hardware, software, and operations. You will own the entire product lifecycle from defining the program's mission and vision to driving delivery and measuring success. You'll be responsible for overall strategy, resource allocation, and aligning business and technical stakeholder needs. Your technical breadth across hardware, software, and AI will be crucial in driving system architectures, making informed decisions, and setting engineering priorities.

You'll need to be adept at risk management, data-driven decision making, and process optimization. You will regularly exercise your communication skills to write narratives, present to senior leadership, and build consensus among diverse teams.
