In this role, you’ll collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to define priorities, build integrated schedules, and deliver high-impact gaming services and experiences. You’ll work across teams and organizations to translate strategy into actionable release plans, monitor data to inform decisions, and resolve blockers quickly. You’ll communicate progress and risks to engineers, partners, and executives—gaining broad visibility while working with an exceptional team committed to delivering innovative solutions for our players.

**Responsibilities**
+ Align people and processes to achieve objectives.
+ Drive programmatic planning, execution, and release.
+ Demonstrate efficient process skills, a results-driven mindset, and strong attention to detail.
+ Execute and evolve existing frameworks for Xbox product releases.
+ Coordinate cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineers, designers, and quality assurance—to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
+ Identify and manage issues and risks through resolution to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
+ Facilitate regular planning and ship room meetings; own planning and release tracking dashboards in Azure DevOps.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, key milestones, and scope changes.
+ Build and maintain a roadmap of project release criteria, ensuring all requirements are met.
+ Collaborate with marketing in addition to product, engineering, and design teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.

**Qualifications**
**Main Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
+ Strong organizational, calendar, and time management skills; highly detail-oriented.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively, and build strong partnerships across teams.
+ Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
+ Experience with Git, Azure, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft tools: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
+ A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and consistently delivers high-quality results.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Prior experience as release manager shipping services or experiences at scale.
+ Experience working on gaming platforms: Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, Steam, Unreal, Unity.
