Microsoft is “all in” on open source and open source AI models. Open datasets, open source AI models, open source software, and standards collaborations are fueling the current AI revolution. The Open Source, Standards, Open Machine Learning & Data (OSSOM – pronounced “Awesome”) team has an immediate need for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) focused on scaling our operations and driving internal and external policies on open technology. This role presents a unique opportunity to help Microsoft achieve its goals in AI while continuing its firm commitment to open ecosystems.  

The OSSOM team is a small group of highly motivated, deeply curious professionals who enjoy learning from each other through collaboration, and a shared commitment to legal innovation. As the TPM, OSSOM you will help Microsoft navigate and succeed in this open environment and play a vital role in building tools and designing processes that shape the future of legal practice in these areas.
