As a Technical Program Manager for Data Center Operational Analytics, you will manage the data analysis on the Third-Party Data Center team (3PDC). You will evaluate a wide range of data to drive meaningful change by uncovering insights and trends. You will be responsible for developing new metrics, interpreting trends, and investigating anomalies in data to build evaluation frameworks for our global provider performance. You will work to connect multiple programs to align evaluation metrics and highlight inconsistencies, in order to drive the success of our overall approach to Third-Party Data Center provider performance. This role will require you to derive data-driven conclusions and effectively communicate your findings to executive leadership to drive discussion and action. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
