**Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. + 2 years of experience in program management. + Experience in Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Management, Technical Program Management, and Business operations. **Preferred qualifications:** + 8 years of experience delivering high-availability distributed systems. + 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. + Experience with leading business hygiene efforts including portfolio planning, resource allocations, budget planning and tracking and operational reporting. + Experience with object-oriented programming languages, distributed systems, and highly scalable and reliable systems/cloud services. + Experience in managing development/customizations of one or more supply chain solutions like SAP, JDA, Kinaxis etc. A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all.
