\nWe are always looking to connect with Technical Program Analyst who are passionate about supporting national security missions, particularly in science and technology programs related to chemical and biological defense, data fusion, and advanced analytics.

\nIf you're an experienced project manager with a background in software development or research and development (R&D) acquisition, we want to hear from you.

\nWhat You Might Do:\n\n\tProvide project management and advisory support for Department of Defense (DoD) R&D initiatives.\n\tTranslate complex scientific efforts into programmatic and budgetary planning documents.\n\tSupport the full lifecycle of acquisition planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE).\n\tParticipate in technical reviews, interagency meetings, and strategic planning efforts.\n\tTrack cost, schedule, and performance metrics across technical portfolios.\n\tPrepare briefings and products for senior leadership and technical stakeholders.\n\tCollaborate with key stakeholders across the DoD and related agencies.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n\n\tBachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of related experience.\n\tPrior experience in project management for software development or science and technology initiatives.\n\tStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\n\tU.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n\n\tMaster’s degree and 3+ years of experience.\n\tDAWIA Level II certification or equivalent.\n\tPMP or Agile certification.\n\tFamiliarity with DoD acquisition policies and Agile methodologies.\n\n\n\n\nWhy ARServices?
