\nARServices is seeking a Technical Program Analyst to work in the Albuquerque, NM area. The ideal candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

\n\n\n\tProvide program management Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS), including general program management and Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) support for research and development programs in accordance with DOD Directive 5000.01\n\tDevelop program plans, acquisition strategies, and procurement documents.\n\tSupport the design of the program to meet capability gaps.\n\tDevelop and monitor program plans for assigned projects.\n\tPrepare and maintain program management execution reports.\n\tAuthor correspondence, program briefings, etc. \n\tSupport overall management of R&D projects related to cost, schedule, and performance.\n\tProvide general programmatic advice with regards to research and development plans and execution.\n\tSupport long-range planning.\n\nSecurity Clearance Requirement: Active/current Secret clearance is required. Current TS/SCI is highly preferred.

\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n\n\tBachelor’s degree in management, business, or engineering.\n\tDocumented 5-7 years’ experience in DoD program planning and program management across the Defense Acquisition Life Cycle.\n\tDocumented 5-7 years’ experience in DoD Research, Development, Testing and Evaluation management.\n\tDocumented experience with DoD acquisition methods.\n\tDocumented DoD PPBE experience.\n\tCounter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) mission or technical knowledge.\n\tAnalytical Research experience (assessing threats and market research). \n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n\n\tMaster’s degree in management, business, science or engineering.\n\tPrevious certification as DoD acquisition professional, membership in DOD Acquisition Corps, or certified Project Management Professional.\n\tDoD weapons development, test and evaluation experience.\n\tExperience in Counter-Weapons of Mass Destruction (C-WMD) R&D.\n\tPrevious experience at Defense Threat reduction Agency. \n\n\nARServices is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.\n
