Shape technical delivery with engineering across: Data: Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks (Delta Lake), ADLS Gen2, Azure Data Factory / Synapse Pipelines, Power BI/Fabric. Integration: Azure API Management, Event Hubs/Service Bus, Functions, Logic Apps. App/Platform: AKS, Azure App Service, Container Apps, Managed Identity, Key Vault. Datastores: Azure SQL, Snowflake, API. Define Done right: Write precise user stories and acceptance criteria including performance, security, observability, and testability. Measure outcomes: Set SLAs/SLOs and product KPIs (e.g., refresh latency, data pipeline success rate, cost/unit), and use Azure Monitor / App Insights / Log Analytics dashboards. Security & governance: Ensure designs use Private Endpoints, VNET integration, RBAC/Entra ID, Key Vault, Microsoft Purview for data lineage/classification, and align with Defender for Cloud recommendations. Stakeholder management: Align with Product, Finance, Security, Compliance, and Engineering; communicate status, risks, and trade-offs clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Power BI / Microsoft Fabric (workspaces, capacity, dataflows, semantic models). Data engineering/product background (Delta Lake, medallion architecture, CDC, table design & partitioning). Security/privacy experience (Managed Identities, PIM, least privilege, PII handling. Domain experience in healthcare/pet healthcare, consumer, or multi-tenant B2B platforms.

Success Looks Like

Clear, outcome-based roadmap aligned to business strategy and Azure architecture. Predictable delivery with improved reliability (SLOs hit), lower costs, and faster time-to-value. Strong adoption of platform/data capabilities and reduced labor for engineering.

How We Work
