Job Description This Technical Product Owner role is a hands‑on, execution‑focused position responsible for owning live, client‑facing digital products related to client services, personalization, alerts, and product communications, with an emphasis on stability, compliance, and incremental improvement. Day to day, the PO keeps systems running, prioritizes and delivers minor enhancements, supports new initiatives without disrupting production, and partners closely with engineering, security, compliance, and design teams. The role also owns internal admin and compliance‑driven tools, ensuring usable yet secure workflows around identity, entitlements, and access, and occasionally steps in to resolve external user issues such as password resets or UX problems when product‑level judgment is required. Skills and Requirements Experience with security and compliance teams Strong knowledge of identity services (user ID generation, authentication) Familiarity with KYC/AML, PII handling, privacy, and security reviews Ability to work with design teams (design systems, libraries, UX alignment) Experience managing multiple sponsor stakeholders Consumer banking background preferred React and Spring Boot experience
