Job Summary Senior Technical Product Manager (TPM Sr) Lead the future of healthcare innovation. The IT Enterprise Data Management department is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager (TPM Sr) to lead the delivery of world-class, technology-driven products that transform healthcare. Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM Location: Remote Department: Institute for Innovation and AI What You’ll Do + Develop and drive a customer-focused, outcomes-oriented product vision and strategy across multiple domains. + Lead multiple product development teams to deliver high-impact solutions in digital health, patient experience, personalized care, and healthcare operations. + Collaborate with end-users, internal stakeholders, engineers, architects, and cybersecurity experts to define problems, uncover opportunities, and shape product outcomes. + Use data and analytics to inform decisions, prioritize features, and measure success. + Drive product discovery, rapid prototyping, and iterative development to accelerate learning and impact. + Champion innovation and explore commercialization opportunities for emerging solutions. + Serve as a servant leader—clearing roadblocks, fostering team growth, and continuously improving delivery processes. Qualifications + Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree related field, required. Graduate Degree - MBA or related field, preferred. + Experience: Minimum five years in Technology Product Management, required. Extensive mobile or web application product development is also relevant. Solid familiarity with modern security best practices. Experience using product telemetry and observability. + Additional Skills (preferred): Product Management Certification: Product-related certifications are not required, but can provide awareness of common delivery frameworks (e.g., CSM, CSPO, PMP, Agile SAFe, etc.). As a successful Sr. TPM, you are able to provide specific examples of how various frameworks have both helped and hampered your product teams. With this knowledge at-hand, you can also articulate your preferred product delivery processes, culture, and tools … and why. Experience with User-Centered Design (IxDF), Design Thinking (IDEO U), Behavioral Economics (Irrational Labs), and/or Silicon Valley Product Group (SVPG) methodologies is a huge plus!
