Job Summary
EIM’s Technical Product Manager Sr (TPM Sr) lead delivery of world-class technology-driven products for our customers. Leveraging deep experience and passion for healthcare, technology, and solving customer problems, The TPM Sr develops a customer-centric and outcomes-focused product vision and strategy for domains, and leads multiple Technical Product Development teams in bringing to life healthcare’s most promising opportunities in digital health, patient experience, personalized care, and healthcare operations.
As a high-performance TPM Sr, the TPM Sr focuses relentlessly on solving customer needs in impactful and measurable ways. Using data and analytics to support your decisions, the TMP Sr works extensively with end-users, internal customers, group leaders, cloud architects, product development engineers, and cybersecurity experts to define the customer problems, business opportunities, target objectives, and desired outcomes that the TPM Sr products address. Working backwards from the desired outcomes, the TPM Sr drives definition, prioritization, and development of the product capabilities and features that are the most effective and feasible. And the TPM Sr constantly pushes the envelope toward strategic innovation, forward-thinking approaches, and potential commercialization.
Drawing from prior expertise launching successful Beta and v1 products, the TPM Sr is comfortable making significant departures from traditional approaches in order to learn quickly, pivot when needed, and accelerate tangible impact. The TPM Sr is a skilled facilitator and influencer who guides cross-functional teams in thorough yet fast product discovery, rapid prototyping and experimentation, and iterative-value product development. The TPM Sr is a servant leader to teams and colleagues – setting the example, clearing roadblocks, facilitating team learning and growth, and ensuring continuously improving processes to maximize remarkable, timely, high-quality solutions.
Digital Products and Services team members are responsible for securely managing information systems throughout their lifecycle, including knowing what information systems are within their scope of responsibility, understanding what sensitive data is stored, transmitted, or processed on those information systems, enforcing the security principles of least privilege and least functionality, knowing what events may constitute a cybersecurity incident, and understanding their role in security incident response activities.

Qualifications
+ Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree related field, required. Graduate Degree - MBA or related field, preferred.
+ Experience: Minimum five years in Technology Product Management, required. One year Healthcare or related, required.
+ Additional Skills (required):
+ Product Lifecycle Experience: Full Product Development Lifecycle experience is required, including the ability to share specific examples of how experience supported but not limited to, the following:worked with customers and dove deep with data to understand customer problems and business opportunities; defined the product strategy that solved customer needs; prototyped or experimented to learn, address risks, verify assumptions, and obtain early customer feedback; prioritized and launched products that targeted specific outcomes; measured product performance against target outcomes, and made needed adjustments in follow-on iterations. •Product Skills & Successes: Provide examples that demonstrate TPM Sr level work, such as:Products shipped:Who it’s for (customers/users/personas) What it does (features/capabilities) Why it matters (value/what problem it solves) Outcomes delivered:How many users impacted / How and how much impact What new capabilities enabled / What new value created that didn’t exist before •What metrics moved the needle on (e.g., usage up XX%; adoption up YY%; conversions up ZZ%; time/steps saved by QQ%; etc.) •Product Decisions:Examples of customer input and feedback via XYZ methods Examples of strong command of the market and investment recommendations via… How prioritized roadmap/features/tradeoffs by… How justified/defended decisions with… •How inspired and led the Product Team:Example of Product “North Star” by… How incorporated the ideas and expertise of key stakeholders by… How understood team member challenges and cleared roadblocks by… How painted a clear picture of what success looks like via… How ensured team was on-track and/or made adjustments by… •Technical Experience: Proven experience delivering cloud-native technology products such as APIs, microservices, ML/AI-driven workflows, personalization or recommendation engines, big data pipelines, everything-as-code, everything-as-a-service, etc. is essential. Extensive mobile or web application product development is also relevant. Solid familiarity with modern security best practices. Experience using product telemetry and observability.
+ Additional Skills (preferred): Product Management Certification: Product-related certifications are not required, but can provide awareness of common delivery frameworks (e.g., CSM, CSPO, PMP, Agile SAFe, etc.). As a successful Sr. TPM, you are able to provide specific examples of how various frameworks have both helped and hampered your product teams. With this knowledge at-hand, you can also articulate your preferred product delivery processes, culture, and tools … and why. Experience with User-Centered Design (IxDF), Design Thinking (IDEO U), Behavioral Economics (Irrational Labs), and/or Silicon Valley Product Group (SVPG) methodologies is a huge plus!
