Technical Product Manager
Job Description This is a fully on-site role - with the exception of Wednesday (remote) work day. About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager / Technical Program Manager to lead the redevelopment of a customer-facing pricing tool from the ground up. This role requires strong technical acumen, strategic prioritization, and hands-on experience in Agile and DevOps environments. The ideal candidate will partner with stakeholders to define requirements, determine outcomes, and guide the development team through the full SDLC lifecycle. Key Responsibilities  • Product Ownership: Define priorities, outcomes, and roadmap for a new pricing tool replacing an existing solution.  • Requirements Gathering: Interface with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.  • Agile Delivery: Operate within Agile methodology and DevOps practices to ensure timely and quality delivery.  • Technical Decisioning: Collaborate on architecture decisions (e.g., containerization, IaC, frontend technology) for deployment in Azure with a .NET Core backend.  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Tech Lead, Product Designer, and development teams to align on goals and deliverables.  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external partners. Skills and Requirements • Experience: 5+ years in product management, with at least 2–3 years in a senior role.  • Customer-Facing Tools: Proven track record of building tools for end users (not just backend systems).  • Technical Background: Strong understanding of technology, SDLC, and ability to create technical requirement documents.  • Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with Azure and DevOps environments.  • Methodologies: Expertise in Agile practices.  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and professionalism. Degree preferred but flexible based on experience.
