As a Technical Product Manager in JPMorgan Chase within Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilitySupport go-to-market activities, including training, demos, and technical enablement for internal teams and customersEngage with internal and external customers to understand pain points, gather feedback, and validate product featuresRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management with cloud productsAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementEnsure comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technical specificationsExperience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation)Experience with Terraform and infrastructure deploymentsTechnical background with the ability to understand and discuss architecture, APIs, and integrationsProven track record of launching and scaling technical products in cloud environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer-centric product development and strong skills in prioritization to manage product features and improvements effectively.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience with AWS DevOps Tools and practicesKnowledge of cloud Security, compliance and governanceAWS Certifications (e.g. Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are highly desirable
