**Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Product Manager to join our growing product team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of product features that enhance customer engagement through our OMNI ordering platform. Your primary focus will be ensuring that product, pricing, and offer information is accurate, comprehensive, and optimized for usability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and sales—to translate business needs into actionable requirements, prioritize development efforts, and drive high-quality, user-friendly solutions. This role requires strong leadership in Agile practices, a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Product Strategy & Roadmap:** Own the product roadmap and execution for assigned features, driving initiatives from concept to launch in alignment with business goals.
+ **Requirements & Backlog Management:** Gather, analyze, and translate business and user needs into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
+ **Agile Delivery Leadership:** Lead Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives), ensuring team alignment, collaboration, and efficient delivery throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive product development, go-to-market execution, and effective communication across teams.
+ **Quality & Testing:** Define and validate acceptance criteria, contribute to test planning, and participate in testing to ensure product quality across functionality, performance, and usability.
+ **Release & Issue Management** : Coordinate product releases and updates, proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact timelines, quality, or team productivity.
+ **User Experience Advocacy:** Champion intuitive, user-friendly design by collaborating with UX and development teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
+ **Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting:** Act as a subject-matter expert, providing regular updates to project teams and senior leadership on product status, risks, and milestones.
+ **Continuous Improvement:** Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation
**Critical Qualifications**
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of relevant product manager or product management experience in an Agile software product development environment
• Strong understanding of product management principles and practices, including Agile methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a passion for technology
• Strong understanding of business processes, technology trends, and industry best practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly understand business processes, products and services and apply to strategic direction
**Preferred Qualifications**
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite & project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools
• Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO) preferred
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
