Job Summary
EIM is seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge, technology-driven solutions that transform healthcare. As a TPM, you will drive product strategy and execution across domains such as digital health, patient experience, personalized care, and healthcare operations.
You’ll work at the intersection of technology, data, and customer needs—leveraging your passion for healthcare and your product leadership experience to deliver measurable impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces innovation, and is committed to solving real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities
+ Product Strategy & Vision : Develop and execute a data-driven product strategy aligned with customer needs and business goals.
+ Customer-Centric Development : Collaborate with end-users, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to define problems, opportunities, and desired outcomes.
+ Execution & Delivery : Lead cross-functional teams through product discovery, rapid prototyping, and iterative development to deliver high-impact solutions.
+ Innovation & Commercialization : Push boundaries with forward-thinking approaches and identify opportunities for commercialization.
+ Leadership & Facilitation : Act as a servant leader—clearing roadblocks, fostering team growth, and driving continuous improvement.
+ Security & Compliance : Ensure secure management of information systems, enforce least privilege/functionality principles, and support incident response activities.

Qualifications
+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Related field. Will accept five (5) year's of experience in lieu of bachelor's degree.
+ Experience:
+ Minimum two years Technology Product Management. Will accept minimum of five (5) years' of experience in lieu of bachelor's degree, required.
+ One year Healthcare or related field, preferred.
+ Additional Skills (required):
+ Product Lifecycle Experience: Full Product Development Lifecycle experience is required, including the ability to share specific examples of how experience supported but not limited to, the following:worked with customers and dove deep with data to understand customer problems and business opportunities; defined the product strategy that solved customer needs; prototyped or experimented to learn, address risks, verify assumptions, and obtain early customer feedback; prioritized and launched products that targeted specific outcomes; measured product performance against target outcomes, and made needed adjustments in follow-on iterations. • Product Skills & Successes: Provide examples that demonstrate TPM Sr level work, such as:Products shipped: Who it’s for (customers/users/personas) What it does (features/capabilities) Why it matters (value/what problem it solves) • Outcomes delivered:How many users impacted / How and how much impact What new capabilities enabled / What new value created that didn’t exist before What metrics moved the needle on (e.g., usage up XX%; adoption up YY%; conversions up ZZ%; time/steps saved by QQ%; etc.) • Product Decisions:Examples of customer input and feedback via XYZ methods Examples of strong command of the market and investment recommendations via… How prioritized roadmap/features/tradeoffs by… How justified/defended decisions with… • How inspired and led the Product Team:Example of Product “North Star” by… How incorporated the ideas and expertise of key stakeholders by… How understood team member challenges and cleared roadblocks by… How painted a clear picture of what success looks like via… How ensured team was on-track and/or made adjustments by… • Technical Experience: Proven experience delivering cloud-native technology products such as APIs, microservices, ML/AI-driven workflows, personalization or recommendation engines, big data pipelines, everything-as-code, everything-as-a-service, etc. is essential. Extensive mobile or web application product development is also relevant. Solid familiarity with modern security best practices. Experience using product telemetry and observability.
+ Additional Skills (preferred):
+ Technical Product Manager Sr responsibilities include: • Lead Product Discovery – Own and drive the customer Working Backwards process, product design tenets, short- and long-term objectives, and product discovery artifacts (e.g., vision, strategy, problem/opportunity statement, addressable market, target outcomes, success metrics, target capabilities, and high-level feature requirements), including customer and market feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics to inform direction. • Lead Product Vision – Including all aspects of the product strategy, investments, innovation, experimentation, and commercialization. • Lead Product Planning & Development – Including which customer goals and target outcomes are included in a given product release (i.e., for the Minimum Lovable Product, and then Releases thereafter), expected capacity projections and SLOs/SLAs, pricing or chargeback models, and cross-functional dependencies. Own product development prioritization. • Lead Collaboration with Development & Technical Teams – Including incorporation of engineering innovations and opportunities, helping the technical team make tradeoffs based on product objectives and target outcomes, providing QA/testing verification and final feature sign-off, and confirming launch readiness of each product release. • Lead Product Launch – Own each product launch plan including what value is being delivered in a given product release, for who, when, and why. Own customer- and stakeholder-messaging, ensure customer and operational readiness, and coordinate the successful release of the product and all supporting teams, processes, and services. • Lead Product Operations – Including monitoring and response to product performance metrics, customer feedback, continuous improvement needs, and business growth. • Lead Product Performance & Business Reporting – Track product adoption, usage, and performance on a daily basis. Own publishing and team reviews of product performance reports on a weekly basis. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews with stakeholders.
