Job DescriptionThe Risk and Identity Solutions (RaIS) is a key component of the Value-Added Services (VAS) PD within Visa. VAS-RaIS has a suite of high visibility, high-volume, revenue earning applications that provide solutions related to Risk Management, Identity and Authentication. Our capabilities are used extensively by key players in the payment eco- space across the globe. The candidate should have a strong technical background (experience working in Financial Services / Product Development space will be a plus), should be a thought leader, have exceptional organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills and be an analytical and structured thinker. This individual must be able to think broadly about Visa's business and drive the expansion of the Risk and Identity portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
• Expand and evolve the RaIS product portfolio at global scale
• Own and drive technical product roadmaps; align them with broader Visa strategy
• Gather, analyze, prioritize and refine functional & non-functional requirements
• Create feature sets, story maps, and detailed user stories for agile scrum teams
• Partner closely with business sponsors, architects, developers and cross-functional leaders
• Remove bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs vs. technical constraints
• Champion innovation and new technologies; help strengthen Visa’s technology brand
Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years in technology as a developer or technical product manager; agile environment preferred
• Hands-on ability to engage in deep technical & business discussions
• Strong background in payments, financial services, internet or related industries
• Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Proven success leading medium- to large-scale, cross-functional projects
• Comfortable working independently and across diverse teams and cultures
