The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Global Services (BGS) Product Support organization is seeking a Technical Publications Delivery Specialist to work with the Technical Publications Data Delivery and Tech Order (TO) Library team at our Oklahoma City, OK facility. The Delivery Specialist will compile technical data packages for on time final delivery to approximately 15 different customers focusing on the integration, final quality checks, publishing processing, and support production/delivery of end products.

Be proactive in learning new products, systems, software, tools, workflows, and tasks to support overall teams’ goals. Be comfortable in working on multiple cross-functional teams as required and working under minimal supervision.
Position Responsibilities:
Prepares, releases, and delivers technical documents and data to the customer within standard guidelines, processes, and applicable specifications.
Identifies document and technical data delivery requirements based on customer and contract guidelines.
Gathers technical documents and data, assembles technical end-product, and performs quality checks.
Delivers or releases customer technical end-product in the appropriate format per contract requirements and resolves any discrepancies.
Maintains delivery record data files, customer access to online technical content and technical data library.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
2+ years’ experience in Project Coordination.
Experienced in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro for editing, manipulating, and cropping PDF files
Experience in troubleshooting basic computer problems; print errors, file management, hyperlinks, sever management.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Associate degree or higher
Experience/Knowledge of Military Technical Orders (TO)
Experience with technical publications and associated languages (S1000D XML, SGML)
Experience interpreting contract requirements for deliverables
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
