Job Summary:

As a Technical Product Analyst within the billing and conversion area of the Print segment, you will play a key role in ensuring reliability, operational accuracy, and support. Responsibilities include resolving production issues, handling technical operations, and implementing minor enhancements in coordination with technology and business stakeholders using Agile methodology.

Must Have Skills:

Uni-SPF (TSO/ISPF environment) – 9+ years

Shell scripting in UNIX/Linux, terminal configuration, file editing (ASCII, EBCDIC, binary)

Job Control Language (JCL) – 9+ years

Expertise in IBM mainframe job control and execution

REXX Scripting – 9+ years

Automation and batch scripting capabilities

Control-M – 9+ years

Batch scheduling, job failure resolution, calendar/dependency management

Agile Methodology (Scrum or Kanban) – Proven project exposure

Strong communication and troubleshooting skills

Flexibility for on-call/off-hours support

Good to Have Skills:

PVCS (Version Control)

Experience with revision tracking, branching, baselines

JIRA

Agile-based backlog and sprint management

ServiceNow

Handling incidents, service requests, and change management

Knowledge of:

SDLC and software engineering processes

Database systems (RDBMS/NoSQL)

Cloud platforms, AI/ML, IoT, and Big Data technologies

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, promote, and implement technical solutions aligning with functional/non-functional requirements.

Ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness when introducing or maintaining services.

Mentor developers and provide feedback on growth goals (FAST goals).

Uphold coding standards and conduct peer code reviews.

Support root cause analysis and suggest SMART solutions.

Participate in hiring technical talent (Developer-level assessments).

Design LLDs, architectures, and data models.

Develop, configure, test, and document components.

Create test cases and ensure 100% unit test coverage.

Engage with customers and ensure delivery performance (NPS tracking).

Contribute to knowledge management and share reusable assets.
