**Job Description**
The Technical Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing products aligned to the Dealer Services portfolio. This includes ensuring compliance with intake, approval, and tracking processes, and supporting business objectives, OKRs, KPIs, and financial targets. The TPM will collaborate across product teams using Agile, Product Management, Scrum Methodology, and DevOps best practices to ensure strategic alignment and delivery excellence. Initial assignment will be to an in-flight effort to replace a vendor solution with an in-house application to manage auto titles (collateral).
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
+ Three to five years of relevant experience
**Preferred Skills/Experience**
+ Deep understanding of technology organizations, processes, and customer needs.
+ Hands-on experience with Agile/Product methodologies.
+ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
+ Ability to work with programmers, vendors, and end users.
+ Experience with tools like Clarity and/or Microsoft Project for planning and reporting.
+ Build and maintain relationships with aligned business partners and development teams.
+ Lead the teams through all delivery activities, include removing roadblocks and mitigating risks.
+ Oversee portfolio compliance with intake, approval, and tracking processes.
+ Support business case modeling, prioritization, and reporting throughout the product lifecycle.
+ Collaborate with Product Owners and Managers to produce portfolio-level reporting.
+ Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
+ Apply Agile and DevOps principles to drive efficiency and transparency.
+ Engage in strategic planning and workforce forecasting, including CapEx/non-CapEx staff planning.
+ Point person for product team financial management, reporting, and forecasting
