BAE Systems is looking for well qualified professionals to join our team for an exciting opportunity to support the readiness and sustainment of the US Air Force ICBM program.
The ICBM System Program Office must ensure a safe, secure, and reliable Minuteman III (MM III) weapon system as required by the war fighter (Air Force Global Strike Command) through 2030. This activity is identified as the Future ICBM Sustainment and Acquisition Construct (FISAC). The contract will assist in acquisition and technical sustainment engineering and will augment government resources. The contract provides breadth and depth of capabilities for system engineering and integration, risk management, technical assessment, acquisition program management, strategy development, organization and change management, interface with operations and logistics, business analysis, mission effectiveness, and ICBM Demonstration/Validation. The position is located at Hill AFB, Utah.
The Job Includes:
+ Complies with graphic, edit and quality standards, applicable government regulations, policies, processes, procedure, and guidelines
+ Determines size and arrangement of instructive materials based on available space, knowledge of layout principals, and aesthetic design concepts
+ Ability to assist team members with the reproduction of drawings and illustrations using Adobe Creative Suite - including Photoshop, Illustrative, etc.
+ Review final layout and suggest improvements, as appropriate
+ Ensure configuration management by maintaining and organizing baselines and source material
+ Excellent verbal and written skills
+ Adaptable, flexible, eager to learn and thrives in a fast- pace environment
+ Experience managing project from concept to final delivery with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
+ Comfortable working within a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ 7 years of directly related experience with a High School Diploma or GED oe, 5 years of directly related experience with AA, or3 years of directly related experience with BS,or1 years of directly related experience with MS
+ Knowledge of editing, generating new or updates to drawings, and practices and styles
+ Experience performing text and graphic composition at page makeup for process of final technical order reproduction copies
+ Knowledge of layout of text and graphics for compliance with specifications and directives
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ A Bachelor s degree, but not required with the appropriate demonstrable experience-?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /->-?xml:namespace prefix = "o" /->
+ Knowledge of technical data management policies
+ Knowledge of the Air Force Technical Order Management system
+ Knowledge of the layout of text and graphics for compliance with specifications and directives
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $72150 - $122655
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
