Technical Order Distribution Authority
**Job Description** This is an exciting opportunity to support the United States Air Force Minuteman III (MMIII) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Program Office sustainment efforts and work with cutting edge digital capabilities/tools to assess the health and viability of the MMIII weapons system industrial base. The position entails managing and controlling the distribution of MMIII technical data/orders. Additional responsibilities include: + Work with the BAE Systems Team, the MMIII Program Office Technical Order Distribution Office (TODO), and subcontractor to manage and control access to approved technical data/orders + Manage a list of approved Technical Data/Orders authorized for injection into a consolidated vendor and parts database and ensure currency of the list and associated Technical Data/Orders within the database + Contribute to vendor- and parts-related data mining, research, analysis, risk identification, and development of mitigation strategies **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelors degree with 8 years of experience (HS diploma with 12 years of experience or Masters degree with 6 years of experience) + Experience with the Air Force Technical Order Management System and Enhanced Technical Management Systems (ETIMS) + Strong demonstrated leadership and communications skills + Proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude + Ability to work independently and in a team environment + Possess a willingness to learn while also sharing your current knowledge/skills + Highly organized with acute attention to detail **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Project management experience + Ability to analyze and interpret data + Minuteman III maintenance experience + Understanding and familiarity of Minuteman III Technical Orders + Understanding of supplier conditions, health and viability + Understanding of supplier Indicators and analysis + Understanding of supplier analytics and analysis + Understanding of risk management, a risk mitigation strategies + Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite + Knowledge of supply systems **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $105835 - $179920 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
