Are you a highly experienced and licensed Master Electrician ready to lead critical MEPF and Fabric operations in a dynamic medium to high-rise property? We're seeking a hands-on leader passionate about driving efficiency, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence.

What You'll Do

Comprehensive O&M: Oversee the full spectrum of Site Operations & Maintenance for all MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) systems and building Fabric.

Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of all in-house maintenance and operational activities.

Team Leadership: Manage 24/7 staff planning, monitor productivity, and supervise your team to ensure optimal output.

Vendor Performance: Drive excellence in vendor performance for all maintenance, repair, and replacement works.

Quality Control & Reporting: Monitor and report on technical consumables, and ensure quality control through witnessing, reviewing, and collating vendor service reports and site O&M checklists.

What You'll Bring

An ACTIVE Registered Master Electrician license is essential.

At least 3 years of technical supervisory experience in the Property or Facilities Industry.

A minimum of 12 years of direct, hands-on experience in medium to high-rise Property or Facilities environments.

You should reside near BGC Taguig or have a commute of no more than 1 hour to and from the client site.

Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety; SO2 training and registration are a significant advantage.
