Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that help make sure they’re well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations. **Job overview and responsibilities**
This role will support key cross-functional projects within Tech Ops, focusing on individual contributions to drive projects that enable operational excellence. This position supports the analysis of targeted business opportunities in the context of impact and drivers to the Tech Ops mission and objectives.
+ **Strategic Planning & Project Development:** Assist in driving various critical workstreams across the Tech Ops portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Support the development of project plans and timelines to achieve desired outcomes
+ **Stakeholder Management & Governance:** Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment and progress toward problem resolution. Provide input and support for governance processes to maintain project accountability
+ **Business Case Assessments:** Support business case assessments and cross-functional Tech Ops projects by framing business cases, identifying relevant factors and gathering appropriate data, conducting analyses, and preparing recommendations. Contribute to identifying opportunities for operational improvements
+ **Communication & Delivering Insights:** Contribute to the development of the “Tech Ops story” by aligning strategic initiatives with organizational priorities into compelling narratives. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and leadership updates to communicate findings and recommendations effectively
NOTE: This position is located at the CSC-Willis Tower in Chicago, IL and considered as a hybrid role working 3 days in office, however that may evolve with the needs of the company
**Qualifications**
**What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):**
+ Bachelor's degree or related experience in Aviation management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or a related field
+ 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, operations planning, project management, or a related field
+ Experience collaborating on projects or initiatives
+ Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, which leading through influence
+ Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills to support both strategic and tactical tasks
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency in tools and techniques relevant to project management and data analysis
+ Must be willing and able to travel if needed
+ Must be willing and able to work at the CSC-Willis Tower in Chicago, IL as a hybrid work schedule 3 days in office, however that may evolve with the needs of the company
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
+ Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
+ Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
**What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):**
+ 3+ years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, strategic planning, program management, data analytics, process improvement and/or consulting
+ 2+ years’ experience leading / collaborating on large scale or growth initiatives
+ Solid understanding of the airline industry, especially operations
+ Experience working in or with Technical Operations
The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $129,924.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
