The Technical Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our technical systems and processes. This position is responsible for analyzing and optimizing operational workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. The analyst will collaborate with various departments to identify technical issues and implement solutions that align with business objectives. By leveraging data analysis and technical expertise, the analyst will contribute to the continuous improvement of our operational capabilities. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to support the organization in achieving its strategic goals through effective technical operations management.
Job Responsibilities Install and deploy and configure hardware and software Break/fix coordination and scheduling Perform routine maintenance on data center equipment Monitor data center systems and report any anomalies Respond to incidents and outages Provide support to users and other technical teams Document work procedures and findings Follow operational procedures (e.g., Change control, ITSM). Attend change control meetings and participate in the review and approval of change requests On call & available for emergencies and flexibility to work outside normal business hours. Analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on operational performance for management review. Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation and standard operating procedures. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Proven experience in a technical operations or analytical role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with data analysis tools and software. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Knowledge of ITIL or other operational frameworks. Problem-solving skills will be utilized daily to address technical challenges and develop effective solutions in collaboration with team members.
