About the Role:

Airswift is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Manager to join our USUI Program Team. This is a hybrid staff position based in Gastonia, NC, offering the opportunity to lead the delivery of Oracle CC&B solutions across large-scale utility projects in North America. You will play a pivotal role in aligning technology with complex business processes, ensuring seamless customer care and billing operations.

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Oracle CC&B implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and support. Configure and customize CC&B modules (Rates & Billing, Payments, Credit Collections, Customer Management, Metering/Device Management). Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective CC&B solutions. Design and implement integrations with third-party systems (e.g., AWM, GIS, ERP, MDM). Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams; facilitate workshops and training sessions. Troubleshoot complex system issues and recommend improvements. Maintain high-quality project documentation aligned with industry standards. Ensure successful system adoption and alignment with business requirements. Lead solution design for customer care, billing, and collections functionalities. Requirements:

Education:

University degree or Technical Diploma in IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

8+ years in Oracle CC&B as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant. Proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end implementations. 7+ years of experience working with systems integrators.

Technical Knowledge:

Deep understanding of utility industry processes and CC&B functionalities. Experience with integration methodologies and third-party platforms. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Certifications (Preferred):

Oracle Utilities certifications. Experience in digital transformation projects within utilities or public sector.

Soft Skills:
