Technical Manager PEST

Join Ecolab as a people‑focused leader and drive operational excellence across a regional service team. In this role, you’ll lead and develop technicians, ensure safe and high‑quality service delivery, and partner with Sales to grow customer value and performance.

This role is located in the south Italy.

How You’ll Make an Impact:  

Lead, recruit, coach and manage a team of 12 to 15 Technicians and Senior Technicians

Deliver and ensure the delivery of pest control and disinfection services, ensuring proper use of consumables

Ensure achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives (Safety, Productivity, Quality, one-off sales, territory organization)

Monitor service quality and review service reports

Provide timely reporting for Key Accounts

Guarantee team safety and compliance with regulations and prevention plans

Ensure proper condition and safety of vehicles

Develop team skills, training needs and development plans

Collaborate with Sales to grow the regional customer portfolio

Act as Technical reference for Sales teams

Ensure effective top-down and bottom-up communication

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (technical/agricultural/hygiene preferred)

Minimum 2 years managing field teams

Strong communication skills

Customer and results oriented

Strong analytical skills and autonomy

Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

Intermediate English

Driving license (B) and mobility
