Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide strong technical leadership in Fixed Equipment and piping Integrity domain for Oil & Gas both upstream/downstream assetsProvide technical solution in the area of Offshore/Onshore Asset IntegrityHas ability to provide innovative solutions /automations/ methodologies to build a differentiation for QuestDrive and manage Engineers to execute structural Integrity workflows with Quality at scaleProvide pre-sales support for new business deals and post-sales support for the new projects assigned Drive core team members to recruit skilled resources and train internal resources to build required competencyCoordinate the activities between customer, sales organization and global technical teamsFlexible to make short business trips to offshore offices & sitesLead, develop, nurture and manage global customer relationships and drive strategic partnering initiatives to address unique business situations and complex technology needsReview technical scoping, estimation, perform feasibility studies, mapping customer expectations and design solutions

Work Experience

Required Qualifications & Competencies:

Engineering degree in Mechanical/Metalurgical engineering15+ years of oil gas experience in related industry (Onshore/Offshore Integrity projects)Should have sound knowledge on Oil & Gas upstream and downstream business in the following areasRisk Based Inspection methodologiesFixed equipment inspection tasks/ proceduresInspection OptimizationFitness for Service & Life extension studiesRepair scope preparationFixed Equipment damage Mechanisms of Offshore & Onshore structuresFamiliarity with codes and standardsKnowledge of any RBI softwareExcellent verbal & written communicationShould be able to perform risk assessments of Offshore & Onshore structuresShould have knowledge of corrective and preventative maintenance strategyGood interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teamsExperience with Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
