Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing technical projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our organization's objectives.

Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvementDevelop and implement technical strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practicesManage complex technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scopeCollaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and resource allocationConduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team membersIdentify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project successStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organizationEnsure compliance with quality standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirementsPrepare and present technical reports and recommendations to senior managementManage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for technical services and products

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in a technical leadership roleStrong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project deliveryIn-depth technical expertise in relevant fields such as software development, IT infrastructure, or systems engineeringExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesAdvanced problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholdersProficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and risk managementExperience with quality assurance processes and methodologiesKnowledge of industry trends and emerging technologiesUnderstanding of software development lifecycle and IT operationsRelevant technical certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Agile) are highly desirableAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesFluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
