What this job involves:

Mainly Support MES bank branch services after contract expansion.

Manage 360+ retail branches include ATM center for general repair work, regular inspection, HVAC maintenance, Work order handling, emergency respond for all hard services related work etc.

Handling for client request for pricing, Quotation / proposal preparing etc.

Leading the team to carry out maintenance, repair, and operation of mechanical, electrical, and power generation equipment and systems.

Responsible for compliance with all regulatory laws and guidelines as they relate to the operation of any of the building’s equipment and / or systems along with mandatory health and safety training.

Operates systems in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with government regulatory compliance and standard operating procedures.

Performs predictive, planned, preventative, and routine maintenance as well as equipment rounds, and service requests as directed.

Development and improvement of preventative maintenance programs, schedules, work instructions, SOPs, and operational procedures.

Lead the team to carry out regular inspection to ensure proper operation of equipment and systems.

Emergency Response, Critical Environment Support

Works with staff and make certain they qualified and trained to perform the duties they are expected to carry out.

Leads, guides, and / or trains the team in applicable procedures and techniques.

Provides technical assistance to the maintenance and end users.

Multi-skilled mobile workforce offering technical services, including the following: Maintenance & repair services on HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Plumbing, Lighting, General Maintenance and other assigned hard services trades as required on multiple shifts.

Emergency & First Response, Critical Environment Support; Roof Inspection & Minor Maintenance

Coordinates site shutdowns for electrical maintenance.

Troubleshoot MEP issues.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Bachelor's degree in building services, electronic engineering or related

8 years of experience with leadership experience

Experienced engineering services, able to negotiate with service providers, contractor and vendors. 

People management and client facing experience

Willing to take emergency call 7 x 24 (if required, not the first respond)

Good command of English and Chinese

5 days work in regular, willing to work on shift if required
