Job Responsibilities - Closely communicate with key customers to understand technical requirement and ensure products are qualified on major customers/applications and achieve the sales targets for industry coating application. - Provide technical service upon on technical difficulties. - Achieve joint product/application development, technical concept & formulation development and execution. - Solve technical/quality claims by working together with quality and production operation. - Build up and maintain good relationship with decision makers in technical department at key customers. - Develop innovative systems in cooperation with sales/BD, product development (R&D) and overseas application colleagues. Maintain Company Intelligence and keep developing new ones for value creation. - Coordinate the transfer of technical documents from Wacker Global to local according to business needs. - Promote the overall image of products and application knowledge by various valuable ways like conference, seminar, training, Wechat post, technical newsletter, or publication etc. - Propose and implement application lab efficiency/capability improvement to fulfill daily operation. Ensure all EHSS requirements are fulfilled. Qualifications Required - Bachelor degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related major - min. 5 years of solid technical background in chemicals and a paint company is preferred - product development experience in industry coating, such as polysiloxane or heat resistance coating, etc. is must to have - Good communication skill, fluent in both oral and written English - Open mind and willing to learn new things - Positive thinking and customer oriented - Be willing to work hard in technical lab As an international company, we welcome the diversity of people.
