Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture (Viticulture, Horticulture, or Soil Science) Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical advisory or management role in the agricultural sector Strong knowledge of Global GAP, SIZA, IFS, and related audits/accreditations Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills Strong team collaboration skills across departments (marketing, logistics, finance) Passion for sustainable and productive farming practices Willingness to travel regularly
