Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and projects.Design and architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.Review code, provide constructive feedback, and uphold high engineering standards.Mentor and coach engineers to support their professional growth.Drive adoption of best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.Lead technical planning, risk assessment, and decision-making processes.Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python,asp .net,).working knowledge of APIs and Data engineering.Proven experience in system architecture, design patterns, and cloud infrastructure (Azure).Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical roadmaps.Good understanding of agile ways of working and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications.Familiarity with compliance and security standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
