Technical Leader
We are seeking a Technical Leader to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Technical Leader at Marsh, you will be responsible for guiding and coordinating technical teams in a global environment, ensuring the delivery of innovative and high-quality solutions.
We will count on you to:
Lead the design and implementation of scalable and efficient software architectures using AWS and Kubernetes.Develop and maintain applications using Java and the MEAN stack, ensuring best coding practices and quality standards.Facilitate collaboration among global teams, promoting effective communication and alignment of objectives.Coordinate and oversee the work of technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Act as the primary point of contact for technical problem-solving and strategic decision-making.Foster a collaborative and continuous learning work environment, mentoring team members and promoting professional developmentWhat you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.Strong experience with AWS, including services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, or RDS.In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and its implementation in production environments.Proficiency in MEAN stack, with experience in developing web and mobile applications and some experience in Java.Experience with agile methodologies and project managemenAdvanced Level of English is a MustWhat makes you stand out:
