**About the role** We are seeking a seasoned Tech Lead with 10+ years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, Databricks SQL, and Databricks Workflows. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
