Join our expert team as a Technical Lead in Pōneke / Wellington, where you'll have the unique opportunity to shape and maintain the integrity of a major technology stack. As a hands-on strategic leader, you'll set technical direction and guide a global delivery team to excellence. In this role, you will:

Provide expert technical guidance across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and AEM platforms.

Ensure the team maintains strong technical oversight, aligning with client platform goals and industry best practices.

Drive the configuration of tooling, automated testing, and seamless monitoring integration.

Manage critical incident resolution as the L2/L3 escalation point.

Lead technical service reviews while advising on change, release, and risk management.

Champion the use of agentic AI tools to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and proactively identify service improvement opportunities.

We are looking for seasoned professionals with over 10 years in technical leadership roles, particularly within MS or DevOps contexts. Essential qualifications and skills include:

Extensive cross-platform expertise in Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Adobe.

Proven experience in high-availability and multi-cloud service operations.

Familiarity with CI/CD tooling, observability stacks, and automation frameworks.

Strong stakeholder management skills, effortlessly communicating from developers to CIOs.

Ability to coach and mentor teams while guiding future-state architecture development.

Government or professional services experience is preferred.

Experience with agentic AI tools and automation platforms to drive service intelligence, streamline operations, and enable proactive decision-making through data and machine learning.
