It is important to have at least 10 years of experience in Software development and a strong background in .NET, React, SQL, and Cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate is responsible for guiding and coaching a team of Developers and overseeing the development off the project, driving technical decisions and challenges, ensure the successful delivery of a high-quality Software solution. **_Key Responsibilities:_** + _Lead the design, development, and deployment of software applications using .NET and React._ + _Architect and implement scalable, reliable, and secure applications._ + _Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope._ + _Oversee code quality, conduct code reviews, and provide mentorship to team members._ + _Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions to streamline deployment processes._ + _Manage database design and optimization using SQL, ensuring data integrity and performance._ + _Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices in software development._ + _Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely solutions to the team._ + _Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, promoting continuous improvement within the team._ **_Mandatory Qualifications:_** + _Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field._ + _10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET Core WebAPI and ReactJs._ + _5 years of experience in leading a technical team._ + _Proficiency in SQL and database management._ + _Proficient in OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0 protocols._ + _Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure)._ + _Expertise in implementing CI/CD processes using GitHub and GitHub Actions._ + _Solid understanding of Agile practices and methodologies._ + _Experience with JIRA for project management._ + _Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure._ + _Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring others._ + _Taking ownership and responsibilities_ + _Have the attitude to win as a team._ + _Fluently English speaking_ **_Preferred Qualifications:_** + _Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)._ + _Familiarity with microservices architecture._ + _Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks._ + _Knowledge of Salesforce REST API_ + _Knowledge of Okta_ + _Knowledge of Generative AI (good to have)_ + _Knowledge of Printing and Packaging domain (good to have)_ **What We Value** We believe that real breakthroughs come from teams that think big and respect each other’s differences – different ideas, different perspectives, and different experiences.
