Joining the project offers more than a project assignment; it offers a career growth opportunity in a growing and strategic CACI line of business with great success for Federal and DoD market customers, with an emphasis on SaaS solutions in the Federal and DOD human capital markets. **Responsibilities:** + Leads the technical agile development activities for the program that address software configuration/development and data integrations across all system components including legacy systems, low code/no code solutions, and SaaS products. + Develops, communicates, maintains, and supports the overall agile development approaches to ensure development of all application and data components meet customer requirements. + Understands technical components and how they inter-operate to support business processes and management information needs + Responsible for interface and integration development activities with external systems and processes, including determining, understanding, and maintaining business requirements for those interactions + Leads the development of quality applications in expanding the SaaS HCM environments + Ensure compliance with industry standards to promote loosely coupled interface and integration strategies **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or other technically relevant technical field + At least 8 years technical experience working with Oracle and other ERP application development solutions + Experience implementing an system using Agile development principles + Demonstrated expertise of development tools, integration methods and related technologies + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership. + Must have strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills + Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and success working in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) + Ability to successfully pass a background investigation to gain access to government systems and facilities _Desired:_ + ERP implementation experience in large scale projects + Experience in Mulesoft integration solutions + Experience in delivering systems for Public Sector, Federal Civilian Government, and/or Department of Defense (DoD) customers + Experience designing and developing integrations with Oracle HCM SaaS solutions using the Rest APIs This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
