Job Description This role can sit hybrid in Alpharetta, Miami or Irving. Were seeking a hands-on Tech Lead with deep experience in Pega as an NBX and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to drive the development of scalable, resilient, and customer-centric digital solutions. This role will lead engineering efforts across multiple customer-facing channels, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features and optimize Agile delivery. Key Responsibilities:  Lead hands-on development of middle-tier systems using Java, Spring Boot, and React programming.  Architect and implement Pega NBX solutions aligned with business goals and customer experience excellence.  Drive API-first design and open digital architecture principles.  Collaborate with product, marketing, and business stakeholders to translate customer needs into technical solutions.  Guide engineering teams in best practices, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.  Ensure scalability, observability, and performance across platforms.  Influence build vs. buy decisions and contribute to strategic technology planning. Skills and Requirements -8+ years of software development experience, including leadership roles. -Strong understanding of API integration, microservices, and event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka). -Familiarity with design patterns, domain-driven design, and ATDD. -Knowledge of cloud-native technologies and distributed systems. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
