Technical Lead - Test/Interface/Uc Board Bringup

Job Summary
The Technical Lead for Test/Interface/Uc Board Bringup plays a critical role in overseeing technology implementation within projects. This position entails providing expert guidance and solutions to ensure successful project completion while fostering technical excellence and compliance among team members. The individual will drive innovation and efficiency, reinforcing best practices in design verification and validation. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Test And Interface Processes, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Develop And Enhance Team Members' Technical Capabilities In Uc Board Bringup, Facilitating Knowledge Transfer And Increasing Overall Productivity.
3. Ensure Process Compliance In Assigned Modules By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Serving As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Assessing Technical Alternatives, And Identifying Potential Risks.
4. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Minimize Project Exposure And Risks, Addressing Escalations Effectively And Promoting Proactive Resolutions.Skill Requirements
1. Solid Understanding Of Test/Interface/Uc Board Bringup Processes And Methodologies.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Design Verification And Validation Techniques.
