Technical Lead
We are looking for a skilled and proactive **Technical Lead** to join our dynamic IT support team. This role is ideal for an experienced associate with hands-on expertise in providing both on-site and remote technical support. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. **In this role you will be responsible for:** + Incident Management: Resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly. + Request Fulfilment: Install, configure, and upgrade systems and applications. + Hardware Lifecycle Management: Manage IMAC activities and asset disposal. + VIP Support: Deliver high-touch support to senior executives. + Break-Fix Support: Diagnose and repair defective equipment. + Inventory & Asset Management: Maintain accurate asset records. + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with network, server, and service desk teams. + Documentation: Keep detailed records of issues and resolutions. + Compliance & Security: Adhere to IT security and audit standards. + Remote Desktop Support: Provide technical assistance remotely. + Training & Knowledge Sharing: Support end-user training and documentation. + Continuous Improvement: Contribute to IT service enhancements. + Rotational Shifts: Participate in 24/7 support coverage as needed. **To be successful in this role, your skills and experience should include:** + Proven experience in desktop/laptop support and troubleshooting. + Strong knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS/Android). + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. + Technical: Windows OS, Networking, Macintosh OS X, Nexthink, Incident Management, ITSM, Remote Desktop Support, Change Lifecycle Management. + Tools: ServiceNow, Remedy, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite. + Networking: Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP. + Soft Skills: Excellent communication and customer service abilities. **Benefits** Joining Cognizant will give you the opportunity to learn and collaborate with some of the most talented people in the industry, while having your finger on the pulse of emerging industry trends and working on the cutting edge of technology in your field of expertise.
