The Patient Digital Next team is helping DaVita model the way for integrated care. Our team guides the web and mobile technology direction for patient-facing applications.

As a technical lead, you will play a key role in the Patient Digital Next team by designing, building, testing, and deploying the next generation of mobile and web applications for our patients and teammates.

We are seeking a technical lead with proven public cloud experience (GCP) who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise scale solutions to support the organization’s business strategy and goals .  The technical lead will be responsible for working with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to create, plan, and manage projects from inception to production release. Candidate will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring other junior developers.

Job Description:

Design, development, implement, and support of various Clinical System Applications.Work closely with our business product owners on an Agile team to fully understand requirements, provide feedback, and request clarification as needed.Work with other engineers on a collaborative Agile team to deliver code on an ongoing basis.Review requirements and data models and translate into responsible applications and architectureConduct design and code reviews with extended team to ensure that code meets standardsSupport test execution including system level and integration testsTrack and resolve software defectsWork with QA and CM team for code build/releases, test case design and defect resolutionWork with Team Lead/Project Manager/Architect for planning, estimation, documentation and status reportingAny other tasks necessary for completion of project deliverables and application supportExcellent communication skillsBe able to adapt and contribute to a fast paced and agile application developmentAdhere to project schedules, proactively resolve and or escalate issue to managementHealthcare experience a plusExperience with working with offshore teams a plusDemonstarted experience with bringing multiple products to market

The Salary Range for the role is $91,000.00 - $133,700.00 per year.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour

Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
