Job Description

Directly reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the plant and manufacturing operations with vision and strategies to continuously improve processes, efficiency and implement advanced manufacturing technologies with strong focus on Connected Industry applications.

You will: 

- develop and deploy the Technical Function strategy and roadmap in order to drive the factory towards digitalization and latest technology changes

- develop associates to ensure their competency and efficiency​

- collaborate with the Business Unit technical functions to realize process and standardization ​

- take leadership in launching new projects, including construct of new special-purpose machines and support line set-up​

- provide service, support, and monitor the efficiency of manufacturing MAE performance, including preventive maintenance and Manufacturing data security and protection​

- work closely with managers and supervisors in reporting departments to achieve departmental and Company goals.

- develop with other departments (Value Stream, Quality, Logistics, etc.) future manufacturing standards and  strategies

- perform other essential and related peripheral duties as may be assigned

Professional: Strong manufacturing process and technology knowledge​; Solid know-how of Bosch Production System​ or similar Lean Manufacturing Methodology; I4.0 knowledge and insight​; Quality Management Knowhow​; Strong Project Management skill​; New technology /MAE adaption and application​; Experience in Industrial engineering / Ergonomic; Predictive Maintainance and Manufacturing Data Security and Protection knowledge


Interpersonal: Strong communication skills on all levels; Motivator, coach and role-model for collaboration​; Ability to resolve conflicts​; Ability to establish a feedback and failure culture​
